- Place ‘ukulele on jig and clamp neck flat to jig.
- Apply glue to edge of body including braces and blocks.
- Centering back on body, sandwich and clamp ‘ukulele between work board and contoured back mold. Make sure top surface of neck and top surface of the sound board are in a straight line.
- Allow to dry overnight.
- Take off work board and contoured back mold. Put away clamps.
- Use router to cut off excess veneer from the back of the ‘ukulele.
